• The minimum age to rent is 25 years old.

• The maximum number of guests is limited to eight (8) people unless discussed and agreed upon in advance. Additional charges may apply.

• We kindly ask that you remove shoes while inside.

• Do not light candles.

• The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. Owners are also not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.

• At the end of the term, guests are to leave home in same condition it was found. Guest will also be held liable for any damage or missing items.

• By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use or others whom they invite to use the premises.
